Project Manager - Total Rewards

To strengthen our global team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Total Rewards to join us in Poland.

 

As Project Manager – Total Rewards you will lead strategic initiatives that transform our global compensation infrastructure while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective pay decisions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, TA, Training and Development, IT, and cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects including those related to compensation systems, EU Pay Transparency compliance approach, and various other Total Rewards optimization initiatives. Your work will be pivotal in advancing our Total Rewards strategy, contributing to the engagement and retention of our talented workforce and strengthening our competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

 

What does your day look like:

  • Lead and manage complex compensation & benefits projects using established Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Lead end-to-end project management for compensation & benefits initiatives, from business case development through execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards CoE, HRIT, and regional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives, as well as communicate effectively with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end validation of technologies and platforms to ensure functionality, user experience, and alignment with objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports using various project management tools and manage project-related budgets and resources as needed.
  • Proactively manage project risks and interdependencies by maintaining and analyzing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to support informed decision-making and mitigate potential barriers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.

 

What do you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
  • Strong experience in Project Management domain and proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects involving compensation & benefits initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira or Smartsheet, as well as the ability to tailor tools to support effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prior experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment.
