Drive the Future of Transportation Recruiting at GXO

At GXO, we're transforming the logistics and transportation industry. As one of the world's largest pure-play contract logistics providers, we're experiencing rapid growth in transportation and dedicated driver services. As our driver population continues to expand, we're looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented recruiting professional to help us build a competitive advantage in driver hiring.

This is not a traditional recruiting role.

We are seeking a Senior Driver Recruiter, Talent Acquisition who brings the sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and recruiting acumen needed to identify, engage, and hire professional drivers in highly competitive and hard-to-fill markets. This individual will serve as the most senior recruiting resource supporting driver hiring and will play a critical role in shaping our driver recruitment strategy for the future.

The ideal candidate understands the transportation industry, knows where drivers can be found, understands what motivates them to make a move, and has a proven track record of creating recruiting strategies that drive measurable hiring results.

Pay, Benefits and More

We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and much more.

What You'll Do
