Training Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a Training Co‑Ordinator to join our GXO Direct operation supporting SC Johnson Professional at our Denby site. This is a new, permanent role, responsible for managing and coordinating all training activity on site, ensuring compliance, engagement and continuous improvement across all departments.

 

This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours per week, on days, with flexibility required to cover between 06:00 and 22:00 when needed to support operational requirements.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,775.12 per annum, and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Coordinate all training activity across the site in line with business, compliance and customer requirements
  • Act as an ambassador for learning, providing coaching, support and on‑the‑job development
  • Deliver MHE training and support wider training delivery across operations and support functions
  • Maintain accurate training records, evaluations and compliance documentation

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT), or extensive MHE experience with the ability to achieve trainer qualification
  • Experience coordinating training within a warehouse or operational environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A flexible, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
