To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team in Roermond, the Netherlands. As a Business Support Manager you provide Operations and Account support. You serve as point of contact for Customer and GXO Operations regarding systems and processes. You will manage projects of diverse team including IT, Operations, business, and finance. You are Resolving issues, determine root cause, and implement solutions.

What you do on a typical day

• Responsible for accomplishing results through management of multiple teams or senior professionals.
• Exercise control over resources, policy formulation and planning.
•  Establishe operational objectives for managers across related areas.
• Support day to day management activities: o Lead major customer projects as the GXO representative.
• Participate in daily error call and represent GXO Operations.
• Identify root cause for variances and close these gaps.
• Responsible for accomplishing results through management of multiple teams or senior professionals.
• Support day to day management activities: o Lead major customer projects as the GXO representative.
•  Lead the design of GXO solutions to support customer requirements:  Design changes,  Process changes and  BRD development

What you need to succeed at GXO  

▪ Some years of experience in a similar role.

▪ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.

▪ Bachelor´s degree: eg logistics, engineer, operations management, supply chain
