At GXO, we are looking for a Data Specialist in Roermond who can turn data into real value for the site.

What you do on a typical day

• Collect, combine, and structure datasets from various internal sources to support operational needs.
• Interpret and analyze data using statistical methods and analytics tools to deliver frequent reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data analysis solutions that support the business and help answer critical operational questions.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships in complex datasets.
• Define and create solutions that make data interpretation and cross‑source integration more efficient.
• Locate and support continuous improvement opportunities by leveraging analytical insights.
• Work according to GXO Health & Safety standards and contribute to creating a safe and efficient working environment.
• Support sustainability and environmental performance initiatives.

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) in Administration, Finance, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a large and complex organizational environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to work effectively in a diverse and international setting.
• High commitment to quality, accuracy, and professional standards.
• Strong communication skills and a convincing, confident approach.
• Solid working knowledge of databases and Excel, with willingness to continue developing technical skills.
