What do you do as a Team leader Business Support?  

  • As a Team Leader Business Support, you are responsible for coordinating a group of Process Controllers, Customer Service Officers and VAS colleagues. Together you will conduct daily tasks to improve and support the operational teams. 
  • You will report directly to the Business Support Manager and will support him regarding KPI reporting, improving and maintaining forecasting and planning tools.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with projects- and operational leads to participate in process changes and customer issues.
  • Together with your team you will be responsible for conducting and executing root cause analysis and implementing improvements to the main operational processes.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will be in charge of creating and maintaining a transparent reporting system where you will indicate priorities, improvements, evaluations of your team and other operational teams with the goal of periodically providing feedback and summaries to higher management.  

 

What do you need to succeed

  • You have MBO + working and thinking level. Preferrably a logistics or Supply Chain related diploma 
  • Speak and write fluently English, a good level of Dutch or Polish is a plus
  • You have multiple years of experience in a leading position within logistics / supply chain
  • You can be discribed as pro active and hands on. You work well organized, accurate and can be to the point when needed
  • You are an expert with Excel and deliver the requested data / information in perfect mannor
