Coordinator Workforce

We are looking for a Workforce Coordinator at our site in Roosendaal (NL). In this dynamic role, you will be the key link between our temporary workforce and operational excellence. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, accurate data management, and a positive employee experience, all while maintaining high standards across our processes.

What you do on a typical day

• Conduct introductions for new agency employees, including workplace orientation and basic safety instructions
• Act as the first point of contact for temporary staff, providing guidance and support in resolving day-to-day issues
• Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace experience
• Collect, enter, and update employee data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform audits (e.g., trainers, agency accommodations) to ensure processes meet organizational standards

What you need to succeed at GXO

• You have MBO working and thinking level, preferably with experience in HR, logistics, or workforce coordination
• You are proactive, approachable, and have strong communication skills
• You are comfortable working with data and internal systems
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving employee experience
• Speaking and writing of English is required; knowledge Dutch is a plus

• Annual gross salary between €42,720.57 – €68,701.74, depending on experience
