Warehouse administrator

Here at GXO, we are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based at Rotherham, (S66 8HN)

 

You will be working 40 hours per week on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Comply with QHSE policy and standards, identify and report hazards, incidents and accidents
  • Improving supplier compliance, educating and providing support where necessary
  • Monitor and check products from suppliers, reporting and documenting evidence of when compliance requirements have not been met and entering information onto the system
  • Investigating issues arising through the end-to-end process
  • Preparing the daily paperwork for the department

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Good IT skills particularly Excel and preferable experience of using Warehouse Management System, although training will be given
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments, as well as using own initiative
  • Good planning and problem solving skills
