We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional People Advisor to join our team in our Britvic contract in Rugby. Reporting into the People Partner, the successful candidate will support the successful delivery of our strategic plan, which includes ‘great people who care about colleagues, customers and communities’
This is a full time, permanent position, with flexibility on the start and finish time of either, 08:00 till 16:00 or 09:00 till 17:00. As the operation is 24 /7, some flexibility will be required and travel to the Lutterworth site from time to time.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Apply people policies and ensure consistent HR practices across sites.
- Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including the Million Hours Mission.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and monitor key metrics like turnover and absence.
- Support leadership development through coaching and mentoring.
- Lead people projects and manage employee relations effectively.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven HR Advisor experience with strong employment law knowledge.
- CIPD Level 3+ and skilled in planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
- Personable communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Organised, confidential, and committed to driving strategic people plans
