Inventory Coordinator

Here at GXO we are looking for an Inventory perpetual Coordinator to join the team working on the Haier contract in Rugby (CV23 0WB). You will be working any6 5 of 7, between the hours of 08:00-16:00 however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Working within a fast faced environment you will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and reconciling inventory using a inventory system or WMS
  • Investigating discrepancies and ensuring inventory processes are followed in line with GXO standards and client requirements.
  • Supporting the team and warehouse operation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Operate MHE, manual handling safely, including clamp and reach trucks (where authorised)

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Previous knowledge of WMS is preferred but not essential
