Transport Administrator

Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Rugby for our customer, NHS Supply Chain.

 

You will be working on a shift pattern of Sunday Thursday with the hours of 22:0006:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

 

  • Pre-brief drivers, providing them with vehicle documentation and keys, and customer paperwork
  • Debrief drivers at the end of their shift, ensuring their paperwork has been completed in full
  • Respond to any enquiries, field calls and take messages to pass onto the Transport team
  • Run Tachograph and KPI reports at the end of each shift and circulate to the wider team

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Transport background is desirable
