Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Stock and Systems & QA Administrator to join our team in Daresbury. The person required for this position needs to be self-motivated, committed and flexible at all times as to provide an efficient service to the customer. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required whilst undertaking this task.

 

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday on a fixed shift pattern of 08:00-16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,255.50 per annum and 31 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:  

 

  • Reporting QA issues on site to the assurance team and dealing with any QA requests
  • Communicating with both vendors and other sites to ensure RTV requests are dealt with in a timely manor
  • Ensuring damages are processed and sent out as required while minimising any disposal requirements
  • Ensuring stock is processed in line with its requirements
  • Working through held stock to ensure stock health
  • Assisting the Stock & Systems team on larger tasks

 

What you need to success at GXO: 

 

  • You’ll be self-motivated, and will have excellent communication skills, you’ll be enthusiastic, fast learning and highly flexible
  • PPT, LLOP or Ride On truck licences would be advantageous but not essential
  • You’ll be PC literate and competent in the use of email and Microsoft office
  • You’ll be extremely accurate and detail conscious with excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
