IT Systems Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract, based in Rushden, where your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work with the systems team, alongside operations, and off-site IT service providers to support and achieve business goals, focusing on minimising downtime and process improvement.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Champion continuous improvement and secure system access
  • Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, keeping key stakeholders in the loop
  • Support and maintain IT hardware across the site – desktops, laptops, printers, and more
  • Collaborate with global teams (yes, even the USA and India!) to deliver technical solutions
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and end-user training

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Strong IT knowledge, especially in Blue Yonder/DLC/Red Prairie WMS
  • Experience with Oracle (SQL)
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and a proactive mindset
