We are counting on you for this one as we really don’t want to be the laughing stock! Come and join us as an Inventory Administrator at our eCommerce site in Rushden, we want someone that can come in and really make it count.
We have been awarded a contract with one of the hottest apparel retailers in the UK and overseas, Abercrombie & Fitch, and we are looking for an Inventory Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern, predominately Sunday to Thursday, on permanent lates (14:00 - 22:00), you'll be supporting the fulfilment centre operation by providing support to ensure the systems, inventory, and warehouse operation runs smoothly.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Carry out cycle counts and stock adjustments making sure you maintain stock accuracy to the highest level
- Investigate stock discrepancies (such as extra or missing items), order discrepancies, and assist the warehouse team in all stock-related activity
- Responsible for ensuring the inventory assistants are carrying out the correct tasks assigned to your team and that daily inventory requirements are met
- Focus on continuous improvement and working with other departments across the site to promote a ‘One Team’ culture
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in an inventory function
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Experience of working with a warehouse management system would be a big tick for us
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
