Here at GXO, we're looking for a talented Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Fashion & Apparel operation in Rushden, supporting one of the world's most recognisable retail brands, Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F). Home to iconic brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, A&F is known for delivering quality fashion products to customers across the globe. As a First Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading a team to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

This is a full-time permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 06:00 to 14:00

We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,259.20 with 33 days annual leave (inc bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve operational and customer service targets
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity and quality metrics, driving improvements where required
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues to maintain service excellence
  • Work collaboratively with inventory, operational and support teams to achieve site objectives
  • Champion health and safety, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office, alongside a good understanding of operational processes
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results
