Warehouse Systems Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Systems Administrator on our Abercrombie & Fitch contract, based in Rushden. You’ll work closely with operations and off-site IT service providers to ensure our systems run smoothly, downtime is minimised, and continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,933 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Be the first point of contact for all system-related issues onsite
- Manage and resolve 1st line incidents quickly and effectively
- Support both hardware and software systems ensuring optimal performance
- Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and system functionality
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and ensure secure network access
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Essential experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse operations
- Strong IT Knowledge, especially in Blue Yonder/DLX/Red Prairie WMS Systems
- Familiarity with Oracle (SQL) and confident troubleshooting skills
- A self-motivated, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
