Senior Manager, HR Technology (Remote)

Logistics at full potential.

At GXO, we’re constantly looking for talented individuals at all levels who can deliver the caliber of service our company requires. You know that a positive work environment creates happy employees, which boosts productivity and dedication. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

At GXO, we're looking for a visionary HR Technology leader who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic HR solutions. This role goes beyond traditional HRIS management—you'll empower a global team while driving innovation across our SuccessFactors platform. As our Senior Manager of HR Technology, you'll lead a talented team of analysts who support and enhance GXO's global SuccessFactors HR ecosystem. You'll serve as both a functional and technical compass, guiding your team through the complexities of the employee lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders to design elegant solutions that elevate our HR capabilities.

Pay, benefits and more.

We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Cultivate a high-performing team of HR Technology Analysts through mentorship, coaching, and creating growth opportunities
  • Serve as the SuccessFactors subject matter expert, making complex technical decisions while supporting integrated HR applications
  • Spearhead medium to large-scale enhancements, managing resources and timelines to deliver transformative solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant system solutions—from conception to deployment
  • Identify process improvements and showcase new functionality through compelling demos and proof of concepts
  • Guide your team in resolving technical issues and maintaining data integrity across the HR technology landscape

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • At a minimum, you’ll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years working with HR technologies, demonstrating both technical expertise and deep understanding of HR processes across multiple domains
  • 4+ years of people management experience, with a talent for developing others
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and RMK
  • Strong grasp of data systems, relationships, and modeling principles
  • Project management expertise to coordinate complex initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate between technical and business stakeholders

It’d be great if you also have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification
  • Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
  • Superior relationship-building skills to establish trust quickly
  • Analytical mindset balanced with strategic vision

We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
