Senior Manager, Time and Attendance
The Senior Manager, Time and Attendance, will be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR Technology. This role leads a team of HR Technology specialists and analysts and combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective operation of time and attendance systems supporting our global workforce.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and manage the HR Technology team, including internal and external resources
- Oversee project portfolio, system implementation lifecycles, and ticket management
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for UKG Workforce Central and related HR systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory controls; maintain audit documentation
- Manage vendor relationships, including ADP support across global regions
- Drive evaluation and deployment of new HR technology solutions
- Troubleshoot critical system issues and provide technical escalation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, HR, IT, Finance) to support business needs
- Configure systems based on business requirements and manage data migrations
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, process design, deliverable creation, user acceptance testing, system configuration, and data migrations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 7-10 years of experience in HR Technology leadership roles
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Deep experience with UKG Workforce Central (and/or UKG Pro WFM)
- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and internal control frameworks
- Experience with workforce management/time and attendance systems
- Experience with system integrations and managing full project lifecycles
It’d be great if you also have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience supporting global HR operations in LATAM, APAC, or EMEA
- Familiarity with additional HR technologies (e.g., LMS, Identity Management Systems)
- Background in multinational or matrixed organizations
