- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automated and scalable operational solutions
- Start initiative projects including engineering, solution design and create business cases and drive successful implementations
- Collaborate closely with Data Analysts to interpret operational data, generate actionable insights, and translate them into practical process enhancements
- Leverage dashboards and reports to proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization across departments
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement data-driven changes, improving productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality
- Oversee inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the application of process automation where possible

Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and alignment with site goals
- Proven experience logistics engineering and solution design and familiar with continuous improvement
- Prior experience in contract logistics is a pre-requisite
- Good understanding of automation technologies and their application within a logistics environment
- Demonstrated people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams effectively
- Proven project management experience and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Fluent English and preferably native Dutch, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
