Tech II, Deskside Support - 2nd Shift
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm - 2:30am

As Deskside Support Technician II, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting the GXO end-user environment, and for executing device life cycle management activities, including provisioning, fulfilling, deploying, supporting, and dispositioning assets. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
Maintain and manage workload through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system
Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices
Use SCCM, Active Directory, and other diagnostic and remediation utilities to identify, diagnose and correct issues
Support, troubleshoot and train end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
year of experience supporting end-user equipment and telephony equipment
Experience installing, troubleshooting, building, and deploying desktop computers in a warehouse or supply chain environment
It’d be great if you also have:
Associate degree, bachelor’s degree or vocational training in a technical field of study
3 years of Warehouse experience supporting end-use equipment
Linux/Ubuntu Desktop
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Warehouse, RF Devices, Ubuntu Desktop, Zebra Label printers. Service Now ticketing system
