We offer fixed 4-day shift patterns from Friday to Monday, with start times ranging between 3:30 am and 12:30 pm. Weekend work is part of the schedule and all shifts are planned in advance to ensure consistency and support a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're an early bird or prefer a later start, we have a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What you will do on a typical day:

 

  • Safely deliver stock to Co-op convenience stores on a multi-drop route
  • Unload chilled, frozen, and ambient goods at each store using roll cages
  • Collect empty cages and store waste for return to the depot
  • Conduct thorough vehicle safety checks before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance
  • Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and documentation in line with company procedures
  • Maintain on-time deliveries while following company procedures and standards

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • A valid Class 2 Driving license, CPC and a Digi tacho card
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
  • Experience with refrigerated vehicles (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to driving regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
