Goods in Administrator Nights WIN Screwfix Stafford

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Goods in Administrator to join our team supporting our Screwfix contract based in Stafford. As a goods in administrator, you will be communicating delivery information with goods in managers, operatives, and incoming drivers.

 

This is a full time, permanent position on nights, working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,436.50 Per Annum and 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

• Communicating delivery information with goods-inwards managers, operatives, and incoming drivers

• Responsible for dock door key fobs & drivers keys

• Updating spreadsheets with delivery information. Using multiple spreadsheets and databases

• Responding to queries from goods-in operations, external queries from suppliers, Screwfix supply chain

• Emailing Non-Conformances/Refusals to suppliers & explaining discrepancies

• Producing Goods Received documents using True commerce system

• Literate and numerate with good communication skills
