Stock & Systems Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Stock & Systems Administrator at our warehouse in Stafford.
Working within our Stock & Systems team and reporting to the Stock & Systems Team Manager, you will be involved with stock control and daily stock checks ensuring that all stock movements - into and out of the depot, are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required whilst undertaking this task.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,255.50 per annum and 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- To monitor and investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock levels
- To co-ordinate Inter-site Transfers between DC3 and TD1/DC4/DC5
- To control the handling of new and de-listed products
- To update the systems with the relevant data, as a result of day to day stock investigations
- Comply with quality, Health and Safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for self and others
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- You’ll be self-motivated, and will have excellent communication skills, you’ll be enthusiastic, fast learning and highly flexible
- PPT, LLOP or Ride On truck licences would be advantageous but not essential
- You’ll be PC literate and competent in the use of email and Microsoft office
- You’ll be extremely accurate and detail conscious with excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
