Stock Audit Administrator Nights

Here at GXO we are recruiting for Stock Audit Administrator at our warehouse at our Stafford DC2 site. Working within our Stock & Systems team and reporting to the Stock & Systems Team Manager, you will be involved with stock control and daily stock checks ensuring that all stock movements into and out of the depot are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required whilst undertaking this task.
This is a full-time role, working Sunday - Thursday on a fixed shift pattern of 22:00-06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,255.50 per annum and 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Report variances and investigate errors found by checking’s cages/totes
- Monitor the accuracy & integrity of stock accuracy
- Maintain the performance accuracy KPI of the operation’s operatives and to identify and minimize risk areas to the business
- Control stock damages within the warehouse. To monitor damage frequency and where necessary introduce corrective action
What you need to success at GXO:
- You’ll be self-motivated, and will have excellent communication skills, you’ll be enthusiastic, fast learning and highly flexible
- Physically able to carry out manual activates
- You’ll be PC literate and competent in the use of email and Microsoft office
- You’ll be extremely accurate and detail conscious with excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
