Warehouse Team Manager

A full time position has arisen for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our busy team at our Distribution Centre in Stafford. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours in an operationally engaging environment.

 

This shift pattern for the role will be Monday to Friday on our rotating shift pattern, operating between 06:00 till 14:00 & 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,100 per annum as well as 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership
  • Deliver consistent service levels seeking to exceed customer expectations & ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Ensure all internal / external KPI’s are achieved and regularly reviewed by analysing and delivering customer needs through effective operations
  • Display a ‘can do’ attitude to enhance motivation of team

  • People Management including experience of disciplinary investigations and other people processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Operational Experience
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
