Here at GXO we’re looking to recruit full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our  team based in Long Marston (near Stratford-upon-Avon), servicing multiple customers including Volvo. You’ll be required to work 40 hours per week on a Monday - Friday, on a rotational shift pattern covering the hours of 07:00-15:00 and 09:00-17:00.

• An hourly rate of £11.90 with an overtime rate of £17.85 paid after 40 hours

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Safely and accurately tipping and loading vehicles for customer orders

• Picking and packing reworks accurately as required in line with the KPI tracker

• Using mechanical lifting equipment as required (training will be provided)

• Sorting and repairing various automotive packaging types including pallets

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided

• Counterbalance license is desirable but not essential

• Good levels of communication, both written and verbal

• To be able to work cohesively and well with others
