Warehouse Administrator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team at our Swadlincote site (DE11 0BB)

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 37.5 hours per week on any 5 out of 7 between the hours of 07.00 - 15.00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Support Team Leaders within day-to-day tasks which includes supplier compliance checks, producing commercial invoices and investigations
  • Helping the despatch team with preparing orders
  • Resolving problems
  • Operational support
  • General warehouse administration tasks
  • Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety policies

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
  • An analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office/Excel and WMS systems
