CORPORATE SECURITY SPECIALIST

Responsabilies:

Ensure full knowledge of and exemplify Loss Prevention (LP)/Security policy, BC and Crisis Management procedure, and standards.

Detect and capture security incidents according to company protocol.

Monitor potential employee crimes suspicions. Partner with stakeholders to address concerns.

Prepare incident reports, accident reports and investigate reports according to company guideline.

Assist and support the Security manager in the preparation of internal and external reports.

Assist and support the Security manager with assigned projects

Assist management in the investigation of policy and procedure violations.

Assist and support with audits by internal and external bodies/parties (ISO audits, Authority audits, etc)

Assist operational personnel with incident investigation; provide advice, support and guidance on legal framework. Ensure that learning points are fed into safety/security committees for continued improvement of policy, standards et

Communicate and support all initiatives surrounding shortage reduction including, but not limited to audits, inventory counts etc…

Support local managers on the contact with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., HSE, Local Authority, Law Enforcement Agencies, etc.) accompanying them on inspections, audits and responding to complaints and queries.

Provide feedback on identified security risks and give advice regarding possible solutions and remedial actions.

Work within and promote the philosophy of secure team working and development across all company activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.

Offer recommendations and solutions to potential loss/security concerns.

Ensure complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.

Special projects/events as assigned.

Respond to alarm calls as needed and required to resolve all issues causing them.

Develop, review and coordinate implementation of Operational resilience policy;

Identify main assets to be considered from the Business Impact Analysis results;

Assume day-to-day responsibility for crisis management and support the Crisis leader
