IT Project Manager
Responsibilities of the role:
• Support the deployment of methodologies and standards across development teams.
• Manage internal and external (customer-facing) reporting and communication related to IT project delivery.
• Lead project and program phases from design to release.
• Contribute to process design and review through internal and external workshops.
• Foster effective collaboration and strong relationships between Operations and IT.
• Own issue tracking activities, including analysis and proposal of resolution plans.
• Identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to project budgeting, cost control and effort estimation.
• Identify, assess and monitor project risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain (intra-logistics or 3PL), or consulting.
• Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Experience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operations is highly appreciated.
• Hands on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SQL and experience in programming is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles, ideally combined with Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is considered a plus.
• Fast learner and strong problem solver, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and in a culturally diverse international environment.
• Able to deliver well organized, clear, and thorough information tailored to the intended audience.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong customer service mindset, providing timely and professional support to customers and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage special tasks and concurrent projects, and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; native or fluent Italian required. Additional European languages (e.g., French) are an asset.

The expected pay range for this position is €45,000 – €52,000 gross annual salary.
