Are you an experienced Stock Administrator looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you have been involved in the stock control function and would like to further your knowledge? Do you want to join one of the fastest moving logistics companies in the UK?
Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for Stock Administrator to join our team at our Premier Foods site in Tamworth. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a ‘3 on 3 off’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Take regular stock counts, investigating discrepancies and taking appropriate action where necessary, whilst adhering to SLAs
- Produce customer and site reports regarding stock on site
- Investigate ‘non-moving stock’ and take appropriate action
- Complete problem pallet investigations, and take appropriate action or escalate where necessary
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- You’ll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You’ll need to be an analytical thinker, enjoy problem-solving, and be inquisitive
- Have excellent numeracy and administration skills – a background in administrative work would be ideal
- Strong IT skills – particularly Excel and previous experience of a WMS system would be a bonus!
