Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Contract Manager to join the team at our growing site in Thatcham We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met

 

This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be predominately working Monday – Friday… however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000-, and 25-days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Ensure key contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved across the site
  • Produce strategic account plans and direct teams to ensure that services and work achieve the objectives
  • Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence
  • Identify and capture business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understands assigned client’s ecommerce marketing objectives, business needs and budget

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operation experience
  • Significant 3PL client service delivery or account management experience
  • Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
  • Strong understanding of Stock & Systems would be an advantage
