Shunter Driver

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Class 1 Shunter to join our delivery team in Thrapston for our customer, Primark.

You will be contracted to work Tuesday to Saturday, 45 hours per week, working hours between 06:00 and 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Shunting vehicles and trailers on/off bays
• Yard control
• Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others
• A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category Class 1 entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
