IT Manager Site

For our Tilburg location, we are looking for IT Manager Site.
What will you do on a typical day
• Provide knowledge, support, and troubleshooting of Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across the enterprise to ensure clients' needs are properly met and service levels are exceeded
• Perform and lead installation, maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repair of network equipment including cabling infrastructure
• Analyze business requirements, create functional specifications and design documents; define the scope of testing needed for applications, and create required documentation; generate time and cost estimates
• Oversee testing scheduling, planning, status reporting and defect tracking for new application development or enhancements/modifications of existing applications
• Manages team performance continually; develops associates by providing training and coaching
What you need to succeed at GXO
You need at least:
• Bachelor degree in a relevant area with accompanying high level analytical skills
• Broad experience in the field of IT
• Minimum of 5 years experience a complex and multidimensional organisation
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English. French and German is an advantage
