Workforce Coordinator

Logistics at full potential

We are looking for a Workforce Coordinator for our site in Tilburg. As a Workforce Coordinator you are the connecting factor between the recruitment agencies and the operation. 


As Workforce Coordinator you will report to the Business Support Manager.


What you do on a typical day as Workforce Coordinator

  • Monitor the KPI's from the agencies, the in and outflow of the agency workers and the absenteeism of the agency workers. Together with management you make plans to optimize this where needed

  • If there are complaits from or about agency workers, you pick this up and resolve the issue (if needed with help from the Business Support Manager)

  • Auditing and reporting on the agencies and see if they are following the rules and standards that we agreed 

  • Keep updated the schedule of all providing to all stakeholders (site manager, operations, maintenance, etc…) the plan of people scheduled for the upcoming period

  • Maintain the system (Protime) with all the information needed together with our Workforce Administrative

  • Control the demand and follow up of extra flex and calculate the extra cost (like training etc) that are needed 

  • Daily meetings with the recruitment agencies, warehouse managers and operational manager


What do you need to succeed at GXO

  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level with sufficient knowledge of Dutch Agency and Labor Laws 

  • Fluent in English (speak and write) Dutch is nice to have

  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • You have great communication skills with good conflict analysis and ability to resolve these issues

  • You can be discribed as a flexible and proactive person who likes to take initiative 

  • Result-oriented, persevering, decisive, stress-resistant 

  • You are committed to deliver high quality work and you have a professional critical attitude
