Site Controller I

Logistics at full potential

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? GXO is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Tilburg. In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and Site Managers to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making for our sites in Tilburg and Hoogeveen.

What you do on a typical day 

• Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Review weekly invoices for completed services, ensuring accuracy.
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

What you need to succeed at GXO   

• University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.
