•    In charge of the primary support of systems solutions for the user community;
•    Updates and maintains the tracking tools for support service requests and incidents;
•    Engages, via the Service Desk, appropriate expert resources (Local IT functional Expert, European application support team) for complex support issues;
•    Responsible to provide L1 support for end users on system and process;
•    In charge of the escalation to the IT Service Desk to access to L2 and L3 support;
•    Works with the Application Management team to successfully close support service request and incident;
•    Accountable to check the bug fixing has been successful – with a confirmation to the Service Desk (ticket closed);
•    Contribute to the preparation of System/Process change request;
•    Communicates effectively with the local operations and engineering to identify needs and evaluate alternative process solutions;
•    Continually seek opportunities to increase the satisfaction of the operations and deepen client relationships;
•    Carries out its activities in compliance with workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;
•    Guarantees SOX Compliance on all processes within its competence.




•    Degree in Information Technology or in Technical Engineering; 
•    Knowledge of Windows client/server environment;
•    Knowledge and operational skills on MS SQL/Oracle database;
•    At least 4 years of previous experience in the role, preferably in a logistic context;
•    High problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent resilience to stress, being customer oriented;
•    Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.


What we offer:


The type of contract and working hours will be discussed in more detail during the interview.
Willingness to work also on shifts and Saturday and Sunday depending on the specific business needs of the site is requested. 
Important is the ability to reach the place of work autonomously within the scheduled hours. 
An insertion plan will be drawn up for the function ad hoc with respect to the role to be filled.
