Operations PMO Analyst - 1st Shift

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
As the Operations PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support and data-driven insights to optimize logistics performance within GXO's NASA (North America/South America) operations. This role focuses on maintaining rigorous reporting standards, coordinating complex cross-functional processes, and ensuring administrative compliance to support Project Manager in strategic project goals.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Analyze weekly and monthly operational metrics through the Project Beacon program. Attend weekly site business reviews to ensure accuracy in communication and reporting to the customer. Lead the monthly business review meeting with the customer as well as tracking actions to completion. Communicate weekly the compliance status of the site weekly business review.
- Maintain and review the Project Beacon dashboard and other automated tracking tools to ensure real-time visibility. Maintain action tracking through the Project Beacon dashboard for the sites. Report Monthly Logiscore performance in the MBRs.
- Partner weekly with Project Manager to ensure accuracy of all internal and customer facing meetings and update any processes within the scope of work. Ie SWI for Project Beacon program
- Collaboration with the site leaders to ensure accuracy. This includes adding or removing sites as needed and updating any changes within leadership and escalation paths.
- Facilitate the preparation of Weekly Business review & Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks.
- Identify and address cause-of-gap issues of any metric reporting for internal and external leadership.
- Assist in preparation for the GXO Leadership Conference
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience in supply chain, operations or project management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Access and Project
It'd be great if you also have:
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and control skills, driven by a desire for continuous process improvement and successful project completion
- Solid attention to detail and desire to complete work with a high degree of accuracy
- Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
