To support our growing presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Venray.

 

What you do on a typical day

  • Coordinate daily operational activities within the department and allocate resources based on workload and team capacity to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Train and support employees to ensure they are well-prepared and capable of performing their tasks effectively.
  • Develop, maintain, and update work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with current processes.
  • Provide clear guidance to employees to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with KPIs and productivity targets.
  • Proactively identify and respond to operational disruptions, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor workflow and prepare reports on workload, capacity, and operational performance.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO  

  • Experience in a logistics and/or warehouse environment, with a good understanding of operational processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic working environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
