As a counter, shipping and administrative assistant at GXO, you have a diverse range of tasks, and you are the jack-of-all-trades of our Venray office! In addition to receiving and registering visitors and drivers, you are also responsible for various administrative and support tasks.

 

Hours of work Monday 5.30-14.00, Tuesday - Friday 7.30-16.00

Fluency in English is needed, with Polish or other Eastern European language is a nice to have due to our drivers. 

Previous Transport experience would be beneficial
 

What do you do as an Administrative Assistant, Transport

  • Receiving drivers for both Inbound and Outbound
  • Back office / administrative work
  • Order consumables
  • Liaising with drivers dealing with relevant paperwork for inbound and outbound transportation of goods
  • Dealing with clearance paperwork, having a high level of engagement with the drivers and attention to detail
  • Managing multiple administrative duties 
  • Ability to manage multiple transport arrivals and dispatch at any given time
