Inventory Controller I

To support our growing presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team in Venray.

What you do on a typical day

• Perform cycle counts, as well as end-of-month, quarter, and physical inventory counts to ensure ongoing accuracy
• Coordinate file extracts, reconciliation processes, and inventory adjustments in line with system and operational requirements
• Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies using WMS data
• Correct routing, re-routing, and shipping errors
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports, including reconciliation, adjustments, productivity, and error tracking
• Monitor and coordinate automated stock transfers
• Support sustainability initiatives by minimizing environmental impact
• Ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry standards while contributing to continuous improvement

What you need to succeed at GXO  

• Proven experience in inventory controlling within a logistics environment
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Fluent English, Dutch is preferred
• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts
