Network Administrator Team Leader

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Network Administrator Team Leader to join our Equipment Management business unit, based in Waltham Abbey. As a Network Administrator Team Leader, will oversee and coordinate the day to day administration function whilst having an active role in completing the necessary admin activities for both Asda and Sainsburys sites across the Reverse Network while organising workloads, monitoring performance and compliance and being the point of contact for any escalation on administrative matters.

 

This is a full time, permanent, on site position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Supervise admin team workload, planning daily and weekly tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met, making adjustments if things change
  • Ensure the integrity of the payroll systems as required by reviewing and addressing daily exceptions where necessary
  • Work with the site team to ensure that both weekly and monthly payrolls are completed accurately and within the prescribed deadlines
  • Provide flexibility and co-operation by supporting wider site administration requirements not specifically referred to in the job description that may enhance the service provided to the customer

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Supervisory experience an advantage, as will need to be comfortable supervising others and coordinating workloads
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
  • PC Literate with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
