Network Primary & Non-Core First Line Manager (Nights)

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Network Primary & Non-Core First Line Manager to join our team in Warrington, supporting our customer, Iceland. You will act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring strong operational control, accurate performance reporting, proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 20:00 till 04:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,000.00 plus a night shift allowance of £2,418.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to the customer regarding performance, issues, risks, and resolutions
- Provide operational insight and commentary to explain performance results, trends, and root causes to the Non-Core and Primary Manager
- Manage individual and team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and structured performance reviews
- Support and embed continuous improvement initiatives through standardisation, process review, and team involvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Recognised industry certifications (eg: IOSH, HACCP, CPC, Six Sigma etc) are desirable, but training can be given
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Strong understanding of warehouse & transport operations, including non-core activity
- Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, KPI management and data accuracy
