Here at GXO, we have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Iceland Foods operation in Warrington (WA5). As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of these ambient, chilled and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver direct to store.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. We’re currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team on the following shift pattern:

 

  • Any 5 out of 7 rotating AM/PM shifts (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00)
  • Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) plus any 2 or 3 weekdays — either 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts
  • Permanent PM shift, Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

 

Pay, benefits and more:

 

  • An hourly rate from £13.72 on days, that’s a basic salary of £26,754.00 with the potential to earn £36,580 OTE
  • An hourly rate of £14.72 on nights, that’s a basic annual salary of £28,704.00 with the potential to earn £38,235 OTE
  • A fantastic KPI performance related bonus – up to an additional £82.45 per week!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • You’ll be working in ambient, chill and freezer chambers – full training and PPE provided!
  • Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s – full training will be provided
