To support our growing presence in Central Europe, we are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our team.

 

As an HR Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in the implementation of new sites from HR perspective. Collaborating closely with the client, as well as our operational and cross-functional teams, you drive project execution across Central Europe. The role is based in Poland and offers hybrid/remote work.

 

What does your day look like in the role of our HR Project Manager:

  • Leading and coordinating implementation projects from HR perspective
  • Creating project plans and ensuring that all tasks are assigned and communicated to the appropriate HR project members and tracked effectively
  • Proactively identifying, communicating and mitigating risk factors
  • Gathering updates from all workstreams to maintain project transparency
  • Acting as an interface between operations, HR, and the client to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Reporting on the progress and status of the projects
  • Supporting additional HR-related projects

 

What do you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in HR project management and implementation
  • Experience in the logistics industry would be an asset
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level) with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level
  • Capability to work efficiently under time constraints and manage priorities
  • Driving licence cat. B
