The Automation Project Manager is responsible for implementing automated solutions across Central Europe Region. Working closely with Automation Contractors/ Integrators, PM and cross-functional teams, this role aims to ensure that technical implementations will go smoothly. Risk mitigation, stream management and technical support will be the daily tasks.
What do you do in the role of our Automation Process Manager:
- Implement automation solutions across CE Cluster
- Handover new implementation projects and manage all steps through- support during contracting phase/ create implementation plan from Automation Stream perspective / manage the stream with reporting and good contact with automation supplier/ take care about testing / manage handover process of installation
- Develop test plans and execute testing procedures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and robustness of automation solutions
- Verify compliance with functional and performance requirements
- Support maintenance strategy for deployed automation systems
- Take care about documentation for automation solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve the implementation goals
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
What do you need to be successfull:
- In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Experience in automation implementation and project management
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and managed the risks
- Knowladge of CE norms and legal requirements for machines implementation
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project plan and time schedule creation
- Experience in automation/ machines handover
- Experience in automation/ process testing – HAT/ FAT/ Volume tests
- Nice to have: graduated Technical University on mechanical or electrical department – for example: Automation and Robotics; Mechatronics, Machine buildings
- Must have: fluency in English
