Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Field Audit Manager to join us on our Virgin Media contract. If you enjoy keeping the stock levels in perfect condition whilst traveling across the UK to different sites and working with new people every day, this could be the role for you!

 

You will be providing field-based intelligence on stock & supply chain activity within the Virgin Media Network, as well as overseeing a small team supporting our customer.

 

This role is predominantly Monday – Friday within business hours, but a level of flexibility will be required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Travel across Virgin Media sites in the UK and complete a full audit of stock both inside and outside of the warehouse
  • Oversee workflow across the Audit Team, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with customer and Partners Sites, building trusted and long-lasting relationships
  • Report on Contractors performance and identify efficiencies where applicable
  • Participate in meetings as required by local management and customer.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO

 

  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory, or auditing
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently as the role is field-based
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work with people at all levels
