GXO is currently on the look-out for talented and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader to join our site in Wellingborough and continue to deliver our high standards with our high performing teams.

This is a part-time (32 hours per week), permanent position. You will be working Saturday – Tuesday between the hours of 14:15-22:15.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000.00 per annum plus weekend uplift (Saturday uplift - £1.50 p/h, Sunday uplift - £2.00 p/h) and 28 days annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure all aspects of QSHE standards are maintained and the site rules and regulations adhered to
• Create and maintain an environment which encourages employee participation and effective team working
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice
• Ensure that the daily workload is completed with the labour required and within the timescales given
• Maintain and ensure all personnel adhere to the procedures and standard set
• Monitor the performance of individual members of the team and the performance of the department

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment in a similar management role
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Proven record of effective people management skills
• Team motivation and development
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
