Warehouse Supervisor (Nights)

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to support our Nutmeg contract in Brighouse. You will be taking charge of the night operations, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help us deliver excellence every shift.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 19:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,572 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Overseeing inbound goods checks and documentation
- Maintaining high housekeeping and H&S standards
- Supporting staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Handling low-level employee relations and Return to Work interviews
- Reporting discrepancies and escalating issues as needed
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in supervising teams within a fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong problem-solving and communications skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and presenting information
- Initiative and a drive for continuous improvement
