You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more! Including our GXO University which provides you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain qualifications at a pace that you’re comfortable with.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of the fleet, resolving technical issues, trouble shooting problems, delivering value for money (cost savings) and ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet and related services
  • Review vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules, maintaining accurate records of vehicle inspections and services
  • Conduct thorough vendor audits, DVSA reportable investigations and weekly/monthly fleet damage reporting
  • Communicate effectively with repairers, customers, management, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately aware of developments, progress, and changes that may have any impact on the business
  • Work in conjunction with Transport Managers to achieve a reduction in vehicle damage and costs
