Logistics Administrator

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Logistics Administrator to join our team in Worksop supporting, one of the leading retail companies, B&Q.
You will be working on the shift pattern of 4 on 4 off with various start times on offer between 06:00 and 09:00 and finish times between 18:00 – 21:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Support the B&Q 'Store to Home' contract maintaining and facilitating fleet and vehicle compliance
- Manage all aspects of same day execution activities and operational coverage for the contract
- Organise all aspects of vehicle hire record keeping and publication
- Manage colleagues’ records and details within operational planning and tracking systems
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs and highly proficient in MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, efficient, adaptable, and able to deliver high levels of customer service
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to continually strive for improvement
